双轴准直测量调节系统

摘    要:根据“神龙一号”和“神龙二号”两台直线感应加速器的直线性偏差不超过±0.2 mm、角度误差不超过±2″和高程误差不超过±0.2 mm的总体精度要求,分析了影响准直安装精度的主要因素和误差限定值;确定了采用激光跟踪仪、全站仪和水准仪相结合,建立包括大六边形网和小四边形网两个层次的高精度控制测量网;再通过专门设计的串并联精密调节机构,依据合理的准直安装工艺达到准直安装的精度要求。经过在“神龙一号”直线加速器准直安装的验证,此方法满足精度要求。

Abstract:The mechanical axis alignment of Dragon-Ⅰ and -Ⅱ linear induction accelerators(LIAs) requires the error of linearity and level no more than 0.2 mm and the error of angle no more than 2". This paper analyzes the error limit of the major specifications that influence the LIAs’ alignment. The total station, level, theodolite and laser tracker are selected for measurement. An alignment control network including large hexagonal network and small quadrilateral network covering the whole LIA area has been built. Components for precise mechanical adjustment and alignment are designed, and the alignment process and technique of the LIA system are presented. This method has been verified in “Dragon-Ⅰ” LIA.
