摘    要:对目前学校课堂教学中存在的弊端,就如何进行有效教学,培养学生的能力和素质,使课堂教学服务于培养目标进行了讨论,并从理念和措施上提出见解。

Abstract:The paper points out the problems arising currently from the classroom learning in Dali University,and discusses,on the basis of practical teaching experiences,the methods of effective learning and ways of cultivating students’ capabilities and qualities so as to realize training objectives.Besides,the paper proposes some theoretical and practical suggestions.
