| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨间断皮下、真皮内缝合方法在普通外科手术切口缝合中应用的优点。方法:对比分别采用间断皮下、真皮内缝合方法和传统缝合方法的两组同期普通外科手术患者的切口愈合、瘢痕大小、感染率进行分析。结果:采用间断皮下、真皮内缝合方法的一组患者伤口愈合好、瘢痕小、无蜈蚣腿瘢痕、感染率低。结论:间断皮下、真皮内缝合方法应用于普通外科手术切口缝合,其效果优于传统缝合方法。
