TiO2表面电子结构及其光催化活性

摘    要:利用HCl和HClO4对不同方法制备的TiO2进行了表面修饰,发现经强酸修饰后TiO2的光催化活性有明显提高,其中HCl的修饰效果好于HClO4。

Abstract:The microstructure and electronic properties of the surface of TiO 2 particles before and after modification with HCl and HClO 4 were studied by scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and scanning tunneling spectroscopy (STS). After modification with strong acid, the reduction of the density of surface state of TiO 2 led to negative shifting of the conduction band, increasing the surface band gap, and improving the photocatalytic activity of TiO 2.
