摘    要:选用国家一级标准物质,采用X射线荧光光谱法对岩石样品中的二氧化硅、氧化铝、氧化钙、氧化镁、氧化钾、氧化钠、三氧化二铁、五氧化二磷、氧化钛、氧化锰10种主要组分进行测定,分析结果和标准值或化学值相吻合,各组分测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2%(n=12)。

Abstract:The method for determination of SiO2,Al2O3,Fe2O3,CaO,MgO,K2O,Na2O,Mn,Ti and P in silicate by the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer with fusion sample preparation was established.The method was applied to the determination of these components in national standard reference materials and the results were in good agreement with the certified values with RSD less than 2%(n=12).
