乙醛丙酮分光光度法测定膏霜类化妆品中甲醛含量的不确定度评定

摘    要:采用乙醛丙酮分光光度法测定膏霜类化妆品中的甲醛。通过建立数学模型,分析了测定过程中的各种影响因素,如甲醛溶液浓度、定容体积、吸光度、样品称量,对不确定度分量进行了评定和量化。当膏类化妆品中的甲醛含量为4.80μg/g时,扩展不确定度为0.11μg/g(k=2)。

Abstract:The determination of formaldehyde in cream cosmetic by acetyl-acetone spectrophotometry was developed. Influence factors such as formaldehyde solution concentration, constant volume, absorbance and sample weighing were analysed. The measurement uncertainty components of the method was evaluated. The expanded uncertainty was 0.11μ g/g (k=2) as formaldehyde content of the cream cosmetic was 4.80μ g/g.
