冷原子吸收分光光度法测定电子电气产品中汞的不确定度评定

摘    要:根据《测量不确定度评定与表示指南》,对冷原子吸收分光光度法测定电子电气产品中汞含量的测量不确定度进行了评定。分析了影响不确定度的因素,对各不确定度分量进行了计算,结果表明测量不确定度主要来源于标准曲线拟合和测量重复性,合成相对标准不确定度为1.61%。

Abstract:According to Guide to the Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement, the uncertainty of mesurement of mercury in electrical and electronic equipments by cold atomic absorption spectrophotometric method was evaluated. The influence of uncertain factors were found out, and the components of uncertainty were calculated and evaluated. The results showed that the major sources of measurement uncertainty were the standard curve fitting and measurement repeatability, and the combined relative standard uncertainty was 1.61%.
