用聚丙烯磺酸盐膜渗透蒸发分离乙醇/水混合物的研究

摘    要:通过聚丙烯膜进行非均相氯磺化反应,对其产物进一步水解和离子交换,得到具有不同反离子的聚丙烯磺酸盐膜。应用渗透蒸发法进行乙醇/水混合物的分离。研究了反离子的种类、膜离子交换容量、混合液的组成、膜厚度和实验温度等对该分离膜的分离特性(即分离系数和通量)的影响。并用X射线衍射法和扫描电子显微镜研究了膜结构和形态。

Abstract:Sulfonated polypropylene membranes loaded with different kinds of counter-ions were prepared by heterogenous chlorosulfonation reaction of polypropylene membrane followed by hydrolysis and ion-exchange reaction. The membranes were used for selective separation of ethanol/water mixture by pervaporation. The effects of counter-ion species , ion-exchange capacity, solution composition , thickness of membrane and temperature on the separation behavior of the membrane were investigated. Micro-structure and morphology of the membrane were examined by X-ray and SEM.
