Investigation of ferroelectric coercive field in LiNbO3

Abstract:3 using the pulse-field method was performed. It was found that the coercive field varies with time after domain reversal. The possible origins of this phenomenon are discussed. Received: 27 January 1997/Accepted: 7 April 1997
