| 摘 要： | 从某农贸市场随机抽取30份猪肝脏，采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）对猪肝脏中盐酸克伦特罗残留进行了检测，以1ng／g为标准划定阳性检出率，检测结果阳性检出率为6．7％，表明在该地区仍有超量使用盐酸克伦特罗的现象。ELISA法简便快速，适于在基层推广使用。

| Abstract: | s:Thirty samples of pig liver were collected from a farmer's market.The method of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was employed to examine the residues of Clenbuterol (CLB) in them.The criterion to compartmentalize the positive rate is 1ppb.The examination result shows that the positive rate is 6.7%, and this indicates that there is still the phenomenon of excessive use of CLB in this area.ELISA is simple and fast during the process of examination of CLB. It is fit for popular use at various levels. |
