摘    要:物方摆镜是多光谱扫描仪重要子系统之一,对其摆动的线性度要求极高。本文讨论物方摆镜的高速摄影测度原理和方法,以及高速摄影参数的确定。

Abstract:The oscillating mirror is the most important one of the subsystems for the multispec-tral scanners. The requirement of moving linearity for it is very critical. The principle and methods of the test using high speed photography for the oscillating mirror are discussedin this paper.Both direct and indirect photographic testing methods are presented. And how to determine the photographic parameters to meet the requirements of measuring accuracy are also given.It can be seen that high speed photographic method is more efficient than others for this measuring purpose.
