摘    要:本文采用恒温场晶粒定向晶化工艺制备了Ba2TiSi2O8(BTS)极性玻璃陶瓷.以1.2BaO-1.0TiO2-2.6SiO2为基础玻璃,分别加入20;摩尔CaO和10;摩尔ZrO2,研究添加氧化物对Ba2TiSi2O8极性玻璃陶瓷的晶化和压电性能的影响.实验表明,加入CaO和ZrO2都影响主晶相的析出过程,特别是,加入ZrO2使玻璃陶瓷中产生BaZrSi3O9第二相.同时,测试结果显示,加入20;摩尔CaO有利于BTS晶体的定向析晶;而加入ZrO2不利于BTS晶体的定向析晶.

Abstract:Ba 2TiSi 2O 8 polar glass ceramics was fabricated by a specific isothermal oriented crystallization process.Based on the composition 1.2BaO-1.0TiO 2-2.6SiO 2,CaO of 20mol% and ZrO 2 of 10mol% were added respectively to investigate the effect of additive oxide on the crystallization and piezoelectric properties of the polar glass ceramics.The experimental results show that the additive oxide of CaO or ZrO 2 will affect the crystallization of the glass;especially,the addition of ZrO 2 leads to the second phase of BaZrSi 3O 9 in the polar glass ceramics.Piezoelectric measurements indicated that the addition of CaO improves the oriented crystallization of the glass,while the addition of ZrO 2 debases it.
