| 摘 要： | 随着我国证券市场由政府主导型向市场主导型转变,人们的投资观念发生了根本性变化,一些本原性的、市场主导型的机制和制度正逐步形成。《证券法》充分体现了证券市场的市场化价值取向,权利制衡、效益至上等价值理念进一步得到彰显。同时,中小投资者权益的保护也得以加强。

| Abstract: | With the transformation from government-orientation to market-orientation related to securities market, we have witnessed fundamental changes in people's investment concepts. Some originally market-oriented mechanisms and systems are coming into being. The new Securities Law has profoundly demonstrated the market value, of which ideology of checks and balances of rights as well as supremacy of efficiency prevails. At the same time, the new law enhances the protection of minor investors' rights and Interests. |
