| Abstract: | A study has been made of the regioselectivities of some typical addition reactions of pbotoaldrin and epoxide ring-opening reactions of photodieldrin. The structures of the resulting products have been established by appropriate interconversions and syntheses. The factors responsible for the observed regioselectivities are discussed. |
