摘    要:提出一种求形状复杂的平板薄型机械零件对任意转轴的转动惯量新方法,该方法用零件图像的像素代表零件的面元,通过计算机对其识别和计算来实现对转轴转动惯量的求积.Matlab的image(x)函数具有读图功能,能将零件的图像信息转为矩阵数字.通过对零件图像的矩阵数字的识别和对矩阵序列的运算,结合转动惯量的理论推导结果编制了相应的程序.方法的实际运用是,首先在零件的平面上画出定标的线条,然后用数码相机对零件平面进行拍摄,将图像按不同信息内容用绘图软件处理成三个图像文件,计算机按照预先编制的程序先后读取这三个文件,最后得到所要结果.该方法应用在圆形均质等厚薄板零件算例,所得结果与理想值比较,误差在0.6%左右,说明有较好的精确度.该方法综合了多种技术,既扩展了信息技术在机械测量的应用,又使转动惯量实际可测,具有一定的先进性和很好的实用性.

Abstract:As a new method, it can get the rotational inertia of the thin shaft mechanical part with complex shape to any rotation axis. It uses the image element of the part instead of the surface ele-ment of part and identifies each image element to get the integral result of rotational inertia by the aid of computer. The image(x) function of Matlab can convert the image messages of the plate part into a matrix. Programs are written according to the need of matrix numeral identifying and sequential op-erating combined with the theoretical derivation for the rotational inertia. To use this method, first of all some lines need to be drawn on the plane of the part for positioning, then the plane of the part need to be shot with DC, and then the image is divided into three image files which have different information content each other by using some mapping softwares and the three image files are read by computer as the programs required to obtain the rotational inertia. Using this method to a circular sheet parts with even quality, the result shows good accuracy , with an error of about 0.6%, com-pared with the ideal value This method combined a variety of technologies. It is an advanced and practical method to measure the rotational inertia and extends the application of information technolo-gy in mechanical measurements.
