| Abstract: | In this study, we performed a comparative investigation of the binding properties of two surface-coated (carboxymethyldextran/glucuronic acid), magnetite-based biocompatible magnetic fluids with different biological macromolecules (BSA, HSA, and LDL). We also investigated the in vitro toxicity of the complex formed between the magnetic fluid and the biological macromolecule in the neoplastic cell line J774-A. |
