青少年犯罪与公正世界信念的关系研究

本研究考察我国青少年罪犯的公正世界信念特点,并比较了青少年罪犯与未犯罪青少年公正世界信念的差异。采用一般公正世界信念量表和个人公正世界信念量表调查了97名男性青少年罪犯和88名未犯罪青少年。结果发现,犯罪与否与家庭所在地、受教育程度有着显著正相关,与年龄存在显著负相关;公正世界信念（个人公正和一般公正）与犯罪与否、受教育程度存在显著正相关,与年龄存在显著负相关。重复测量方差分析表明,不论青少年犯罪与否,他们的一般公正世界信念都显著高于个人公正世界信念;且未犯罪青少年的公正世界信念显著高于犯罪青少年。从青少年罪犯与未犯罪青少年公正世界信念的差异入手,探讨了培养青少年公正世界信念的意义。

The Research between Belief in a Just W0rld and Juvenile Delinquency

The present study investigates the features of Just World Belief among young prisoners in our country,and compares the differentia of Just World Belief between young prisoners and normal adolescents. Employing general belief in a Just World Scale and Personal Belief in a Just World Scale, 97 male young prisoners and 88 normal adolescents took part in this research. Result shows, there is positively significant relationship between crimes and family, and levels of education, but negatively related to age.There is positively significant relationship between Just World Belief （including the General Belief in a Just World and Personal Belief in a Just world） and crimes,and levels of education,but negatively related to age The repeated measures of analysis of variance （ANOVA） shows whether adolescents are committing crimes or not, the General Belief in a Just World is significant higher than Personal Belief in a Just World; moreover,Just World Belief in normal adolescents is significant higher than young prisoner. The study starts from the differentia of Just World Belief between young prisoners and normal adolescents, discussing the value of cultivating adolescents Just World Belief.
