摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了La2/3Sr1/3MnO3多晶样品.X射线衍射测试结果表明样品具有钙钛矿结构.利用振动样品磁强计测量了粉体样品在室温下的磁性能,样品表现为铁磁性.对不同烧结温度下形成的块体样品的导电性以及磁电阻的研究表明,随着烧结温度的提高材料的金属-绝缘体转变温度有所增加,说明材料的烧结温度对其电导性有很大的影响.

Abstract:La2/3Sr1/3MnO3 polycrystalline powers were prepared by sol-gel method. The result of X-ray diffraction indicated that the powers exist with perovskite structure. The magnetic property of powders was characterized by using vibrating sample magnetometer. The sample shows ferromagnetism. The research of conductivity and magnetoresistance of bulk samples sintered at different temperatures revealed that with increasing sintered temperature the critical temperature at which the state of the sample transforms from metal to semiconductor increases, which indicates that the sintered temperature of this material affects its conductivity strongly.
