众筹筑屋建设规划方案的优化

The Optimization of Crowdfunding Building Housing Construction Planning Project

Abstract A crowdfunding building housing construction planning project was accounted on the basis of cost,profit, added value,added-value tax,plot ratio,rate of return,etc,of national housing development calculation methods and require-ments.Given the participants’satisfactory ratio towards all kinds of room layouts,and regarding the maximum satisfaction rate as the objective function,this paper constructed an integer linear programming model,which provided the number of the best house planning sets of all types of room layouts,and also the rate of return reached the construction planning implementation re-quirements.
