| 摘 要： | 现代无梭织带机广泛采用受控消极式送经机构,该机构结构简单,设置灵活,且具有一定的张力自调功能。本文运用自动控制原理分析该送经机构的动态工作特性,揭示了经纱张力的自调机理,探讨了干扰和工艺过程对系统动态特性的影响。本文还分析该送经机构的静态工作特性,分析结论对于织带机的工艺调整具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The controlled negative let-off motions are widely adopted in modern needle looms. The motions are simple in construction and flexible in setting-up, and besides, able to some extent to adjust the warp tension automaticaly. Based on the analysis of the dynamic properties of the motions according to the principles of automatic control, the article has revealed the mechanism of automatic tension adjustment and discussed the effect of the interference and technical factors on the dynamic properties. The static properties of the motions have been analysed as well in the article, which are highly instructive to the technical setting-ups in needle looms. |
