金刚石薄膜电极在离子水洗衣机中的应用研究

摘    要:离子水洗衣机的电解装置一般采用金属氧化物涂层阳极(DSA——Dimensionally Stable Anode),本论文研究采用硼掺杂金刚石薄膜(BDD)电极做离子水洗衣机的电解阳极,通过分析其特性曲线,表征参数,并和DSA电解电极对比性能,同时做一些洗涤实验来验证其洗涤效果,以此来展现硼掺杂金刚石薄膜电极具有更加稳定和良好的电化学特性,所以更适合于用做离子水洗衣机的电解装置.此外,离子水洗衣机主要是把水电解成碱性离子水来洗涤衣物,BDD电极可以做到不用离子隔膜分离出碱性离子水就可以达到洗净衣物的效果.

Abstract:Electrolyze set of ionized water washing machine is usually composed of DSA(Dimensionally Stable Anode) electrode,in this paper we adopt the BDD electrode as the electrolyze electrode,we will prove that the BDD electrode is more appropriate in the electrolyze set of ionized water washing machine by analyzing its character curve,characterized parameter,comparing its performance with DSA electrode.Based on its stable and excellent electrochemical character,we did some washing experiments to sustain this concl...
