合欢荚果挥发油的化学成分研究

摘    要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法对甘肃天水产的合欢荚果挥发性成分进行首次提取,挥发油得率约为0.5%,并采用GG/MS方法对提取的挥发性成分进行了分离、鉴定,共鉴定了68个化合物,占挥发油的90.68%。发现了具有抗癌作用的五元环内酯,具有治疗结核病作用的吡嗪;分离出了从天然物中很少分离出的氯苯和对二氯苯、溴苯、苯并恶唑及其衍生物、苯并噻唑及其衍生物等化合物。

Study on the chemical constituents of the volatile oilfrom pods of the Albizzia julibrissn Durazz
Abstract:The volatile oil from pods of the Albizzia julibrissn Duyazz was extracted by steam distillation for the first time. The rate of yield in the volatile oil is about 0.5%. 68 compounds,constituting 90.68% of the volatile oil, are isolated and identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer (GC/MS) technique. The discovery of both hydrolizebenzofuranone which can be used against cancers and pyrazine and its constituents which can be used to treat TB. m-dichlorobenzene, chlorobenzene, bromobenzene, benzoxazole and its derivative, benzothiazole and its derivative, is made from this plant. Similar results have not been isolated from other natural products.
