摘    要:利用纳豆菌I液体发酵生产纳豆激酶。对影响生产纳豆激酶的培养基的成分——碳源、氮源、碳氮比以及4种盐浓度进行了筛选。结果表明:当蔗糖3%,蛋白胨2%,KH2PO40.1%,K2HPO40.25%,MgSO40.05%,CaCl20.01%时纳豆菌I产酶效果最佳。

Abstract:Produced nattokinase in liquid fermentation of Bacillus natto I. Screened the ingredient of culturemedium-carbon source, nitrogen source, the proportion of carbon source and nitrogen source and the concentration of four kinds of salts.The results showed: the optimum culture medium is saccharose 3%, peptone 2%,KH2PO4 0.1%, K2HPO4 0.25%, MgSO4 0.05%, CaCl2 0.01%.
