摘    要:腐蚀是引起GCr15制航空轴承早期失效的主要原因,选用促进钝性元素Ta用离子束动态注入的方法,来改变GCr15材料表面特性,提高其抗蚀性能,是防止航空轴承早期失效的有效途径.通过在0.5mol/LH2S04溶液和0.1mol/LNaCl溶液中电化学方法测试和人造海水环境的模拟试验及盐雾试验检测结果表明,离子束混合注入Ta具有极好抗全面腐蚀和抗点腐蚀的性能,其效果优于注Ti或注Cr,其耐蚀性提高的机理是由于注入表面形成高稳定性的Ta2O5防护膜和富钽的非晶态合金层.

Abstract:Corrosion is the main reason behind the early failure of aero-bearings made from GCr 15. Selecting inactivity-promoting Ta-element and adopting dynamic ion beam implantation method to improve GCr 15 material's surface property and corrosion resistance is an effective way to prevent from aero-bearing's early failure. The results of the electro-chemical test in 0.5 mol/L H_2SO_4 solution and 0.1 mol/L NaCl solution and the simulated test and salt bathing test in man-made sea water indicate that this method possesses very good overall and spot corrosion resistance and is better than implanting Ti and Cr. The mechanism of improvement of corrosion resistance is that high stable Ta_2O_5 protecting pellicle and Ta-rich non-crystalline alloy layer appear on the injected surfaces.
