| 摘 要： | 在业务工程理论基本内容的基础上，提出装备保障业务工程的基本概念；结合装备保障活动的军事属性对概念内涵进行了阐释，并构建了装备保障业务工程的体系结构；最后对装备保障业务工程理论的应用领域进行了总结和阐述。
