摘    要:选取最优的应变速率,利用弹塑性有限元分析软件MSC MARC/AutoForge对成形过程进行数值模拟.通过模拟,分析不同摩擦系数、工况温度、材料、锻造次数以及3次不连续变形的不同下压量等重要参数对锻压过程的影响,研究工件的总等效塑性应变、所受最大成形力以及直径的增加程度.探讨了影响圆柱坯料成形和精度的主要因素,得出了对锻造成形工艺以及模具设计起重要指导作用的合理锻造工序.

Abstract:The forging process is simulated using flexile-plastic finite element software MSC MARC/AUTOFORGE based on the optimal strain rate.For the different materials,friction coefficient,working temperature,different forging times and length,the total equivalent plastic strain,biggest forging force and increasing degree of diameter for the work piece are studied.And then the effects of these factors on cylinder semi-finished product forming,forming precision and deformation law are discussed.At last an important forging procedure is worked out,which plays a guiding role in forging forming and die designing.
