| 摘 要： | 为适应管理部门对电能质量数据的实时掌握、网络共享的发展要求,利用Web服务的跨地域性、跨平台性以及信息传输的快捷和方便性,设计了一种基于Web服务的电能质量实时监测系统,能够实时监测电能质量的各项指标,消除"信息孤岛"现象并给出了系统设计的关键技术,实现电能质量信息共享,满足网络化电能质量监测需求。
