摘    要:提出了基于物理场多元变换来实现合金锻造质量控制的新理论技术:建立变换关系提取模型,通过繁衍模板自动派生出动态专家数据库;建立闭环反馈耦合模型,解决众多成形因素在时空域上的错综分布,进行成形物理场演化的模拟;建立概率模糊条件下的数学规划综合运作模型,自动搜寻质量目标的最优解·

Abstract:Presents a new technique, through which alloy forging quality control based on multivariate conversion in physics fields can be realized. With which conversion relationship is established to pick up models, dynamic expert database is derived automatically through deriving template, close-loop feedback coupling model is established to solve complicated distributions of many factors influencing forming and to perform the simulation of evolvement of forming physics fields, and synthetically-operational mathematical programming model is also established under the condition of probability and blur and the optimum answer is determined automatically.
