| Abstract: | This paper presents a detailed study of the precision and accuracy of high resolution dipmeter tools which are used at present in many oil fields and illustrates the contribution of the errors of the sensors to the dipmeter tools. Several suggestions are made to benefit designing and manufacturing dipmeter tools with higher precision and accuracy. |
