| 摘 要： | 通过讨论威布尔分布函数形状参数m的大小,给出各检测时刻失效概率pi的相互关系作为先验信息,得到pi(i=1,2,…,n)的Bayes估计,并且试验数据显示此种方法是可行的.

| Abstract: | Using the property of Weibull distribution function,the paper gives the relation about failure probability pi in time ti(i=1,2,…,n).Basing on the relation we obtain the prior distribution and the Bayesian estimation of pi in time ti(i=1,2,…,n).Finally calculation is performed regarding to pratical problem and calculation result manifests that this kind of method is viable. |
