通过信令方式实现对国际诈骗电话管控

对国际(IP)诈骗电话实施管控已成为通信治理的重要事项,由于此类违法犯罪行为的主叫多为虚假号码或IP电话,仅仅通过对来电号码进行分析,无法达到监控的目的。上海贝尔结合在全国30多个省级电信运营商实施的垃圾短信及骚扰电话管控的经验,提出通过信令方式实现对该项违法犯罪行为进行管控。实施后可以帮助政府和运营商,迅速而有力地打击这类违法诈骗行为。

Management and Control to International Fraud Calls through Signaling Method

It becomes more and more important for China operators to manage and control the international fraud calls. Since most of the calls are from aboard, it is hard to monitor by the incoming numbers.
