摘    要:为实现最小功耗,对间隙阀式和旁路式两种大吨位磁流变阻尼器进行了比较和结构参数优化.描述了间隙阀式和旁路式两种20 t 磁流变阻尼器的结构模式,利用宾汉(Bingham)模型和电磁学的基本原理建立了阻尼力计算公式.将线圈的功耗作为优化目标,以活塞速度、阻尼力调节范围、线圈感应时间常数、线圈电流限制、结构尺寸等作为约束条件,在MATLAB中编制了搜索寻优计算机程序,获得了线圈功耗最小时的结构尺寸参数.计算结果表明:在高速运动情况下,旁路式磁流变阻尼器能够满足约束条件,且结构紧凑.
