苯并氧杂并喹啉酮的合成

摘    要:我们合成2-苯氧及取代苯氧甲基-3-喹啉酸乙酯(4-8)之后,经水解得相应的酸(9-13),再环化制得了1-苯并氧杂草并[3,4-b]喹啉-13(6H)-酮和其卤素及烷基取代衍生物(4)-(18)。由化合物(18)经氰化,水解得到羧酸衍生物(20)。对于19个新化合物的结构由元素分析、红外光谱及核磁谱予以证实。

Abstract:1-beazoxepino[3,4-b] quinolin-13(6H)-one(14)and its halogen and alkly-derivatives(15-18)were synthesized through cyclization of 2-[(un)substituted phenoxy]-3-quinilinccarboxylic acids(9-13)in the presence of P2O5-H3PO4 or PPA.The acids(9-13)were obtained from the corresponding ethyl esters(4-8)which were prepared through refluxing ethyl 2-bromomethyl-3-quinolinecarboxylate(2)with phenol or substituted phenol in sodium ethoxide ethanolic solution.Compound(18)reacted with CuCNto give compound(19)which was hydrolyzed to give carboxylic derivative(20).The structure of 19 new compounds have been confirmed by element analysis,IRand NMR.
