| 摘 要： | 针对U型管弯曲部分的变形情况进行了分析.根据工件的技术要求,确定出了工件双向弯曲部位的毛坯展开原则,从理论上计算出了该U形弯管件的毛坯展开尺寸,为实际生产提供了依据.

| Abstract: | The deformation of the U-shaped tube and analysis and according to the technical requirement of the workpiece, the spreading principles of the blank of the bending part in the U-shaped workpiece are determined. The spreading sizes of the blank workpiece are calculated in theory, which provides a basis for practical production. |
