| 摘 要： | 心理咨询操作实践能力是高职高专心理专业学生必备的一种特殊能力,由建立咨询关系的能力、资料搜集的能力、心理测验能力等五种基本能力组成.根据其培养目标,提出了"实验、实训、实习结合"、"知识、能力并重"的有效培养途径.

| Abstract: | The ability to conduct psychological consulting practically, which is absolutely necessary for the psychology majors, consists of three essential parts, building consulting pairship, searching materials and psychological testing. The author views that experiment, training and practive are to be combined and that knowledge and ability are also paid equal attention to. This paper deals with the effective approaches to that. |
