Abstract: | Dimeric complexes of the type (CuLX)2, where L is deprotonated N-(2-hydroxyethyl)ethylenediamine and X is either the chloride or bromide anion, were prepared. The complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra, electronic spectra, ESR spectra and magnetic moments. Both complexes exhibit antiferromagnetic interactions. |
