Abstract:
Nanosized Sb2Se3 island films are prepared by the incongruent evaporation of Sb1 ? xSex (x = 0.9 at fractions) thin films. The surface morphology of the structures is investigated by optical and atomic force microscopy (AFM). It is shown that an increase in the evaporation temperature leads to a decrease in the surface density of islands.
