摘    要:用微波消解黑米样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了3个不同产地黑米中Fe、Cu、K、Mn、Mg、Zn 6种微量元素含量。结果表明,微波消解时间短,操作简单,节省试剂,环境污染少,各元素回收率在95.2%~103.5%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)均〈5%。

Abstract:The content of six trace elements content including Zn, Cu, K, Fe, Mn, Mg in black rice. from three different area was determined by the microwave digestion and flame atomic absorption spectroscopy (FAAS). The result showed that the method had the advantages of high effectiion, simple, environment - friendly, reagents - saving and the digesting speedy. At that time, the recoveries were between 95.3%~103.5% and values of RSD's obtained were less than 5%.
