摘    要:基于非线性光学的耦合波理论 ,建立了大尺寸光学元件中横向受激布里渊散射 (TSBS)的二维模型及其数值模拟方法 ,并对熔石英玻璃中的瞬态TSBS进行了理论研究 ,得到了存在TSBS情况下光学元件内光场和应力场的演变特征 ,探讨了TSBS对高功率激光系统透过性能的影响 ,以及在光学元件内诱导破坏的可能性和规律

Abstract:Based on the coupled wave equations of nonlinear optics, a two-dimensional physics model is established to describe transverse stimulated Brilluoin sattering (TSBS) in large-aperture optics of a high-power laser system. The temporal and spatial profile of the stress induced by TSBS is evaluated numerically, and the damage characteristics of optical components is presented, which agrees well with the experimental phenomenon observed at LLN laboratory. The energy loss induced by TSBS are calculated to be up to 20%, showing that TSBS may have strong influence on routine operation of high-power laser systems.
