| 摘 要： | 尽管我国企业的对外直接投资已经取得了显著的成绩,但在实践中还存在许多有待于解决的问题。从分析我国对外直接投资的现状入手,结合有关的国际直接投资理论,提出我国对外直接投资的主体、区位、行业、形式等发展战略。

| Abstract: | Although the FDI of Chinese enterprises has made remarkable improvement, however there are still many problems to be resolved in the practice. Starting from the present situation of our country's FDI, and connecting with the relevant theories of the international direct investment, this paper puts forward the developing strategy of our country's FDI including the main parts, locations, industries, and forms, etc. |
