| 摘 要： | 近代中国的铁路卫生建制化在严峻的铁路卫生防疫需求下启动、发展并逐步形成。在对1910年东北鼠疫、1917年晋绥鼠疫和1932年全国霍乱的防控过程中,近代中国的铁路卫生建制化相应地经历了初步尝试、雏形孕育和基本形成等三个阶段。到20世纪30年代,铁路卫生行政机构和卫生服务组织普遍建立,铁路卫生法制较为完备。铁路卫生建制化的形成,为近代铁路事业的发展提供了医疗卫生保障。

| Abstract: | Driven by severe demand of railway sanitation and epidemic prevention,modern Chinese railway sanitation institutionalization was launched,developed and gradually took form.In the process of prevention and control of Northeast Plague in 1910,Shanxi-Suiyuan Plague in 1917 and National Cholera in 1932,modern Chinese railway sanitation institutionalization has gone through three phases of initial attempt,early stage and basically taking shape.In the 1930s,railway sanitation administrative organizations and service organizations were widely established with laws and regulations relatively complete.Railway sanitation institutionalization has provided medical health protection for modern railway development. |
