| Abstract: | The present-day procedure for the processing of the ultracentrifugation data obtained for different-height tubes was analyzed. A more correct variant of curve processing, graphical or numerical, was suggested and tested. The disturbance of the force balance on ultracentrifugation was analyzed, and the conditions needed for introducing the correction to the sedimentation coefficient were found. |
