卢作孚的创新管理及其思考

在中国近代极其恶劣的企业发展环境中，众多近代企业在管理上深受传统势力影响，衙门风气、官僚作风盛行，效率低下。而民生公司在组织、人事、企业文化建设等方面的创新管理却颇具西式科学管理的风范。令人耳目一新。民生公司也由此走上了高效发展之路。但是，民生公司的创新管理的产生、持续需要一定的条件，当政治动荡、经济崩溃、社会堕落等多种因素纷至沓来时，民生公司的创新管理犹如昙花一现，最终凋谢。

But the Min Sheng Company created a new kind method of management in organization, culture etc. It was deeply influenced with the views of the West. Therefore,the Min Sheng Company began to develop fast.But It was difficult to keep such methods in the old society of China. At last,it failed in the face of the unstable environment of politics,economy and society.
