| 摘 要： | Ｉｎｔｅｒｎｅｔ是当前世界上最大的全球性信息网络，是一个巨大的数据、信息和知识空间。它的兴起对情报信息的现状和发展产生了巨大的影响。笔者阐述了采用Ｎｅｔｓｃａｐｅ的Ｎａｖｉｇａｔｏｒ进行知识检索、查询与采集的过程。
