| 摘 要： | 雷击风险评估主要分为项目预评估、方案评估和现状评估三种．通过对基层雷击风险评估工作中存在的问题分析，并以浙江天晨胶业雷击风险评估的实证研究为例，提出要根据社会需求，强化雷击风险评估的针对性和专业性，同时要加强上级相关部门对基层雷击风险评估工作的技术支持．

| Abstract: | Thunderstrike risk assessment is divided into three types： project pre- assessment, pro- gram assessment and assessment of the present situations. Through an analysis of the problems existing in the grassroots thunderstrike risk assessment and an investigation of the thuderstrike risk assessment in Zhejiang Tianchen Rubber Industry, this essay proposes strengthening pertinence and professional skill in assessing thunderstrike, and at the same time, enhancing technological support from the superi- or relevant departments to the work in assessing the grass- root thunderstrike. |
