| 摘 要： | 电镜观察鲈鱼出血病的病理切片，发现肾上皮细胞内存在２５０ｎｍ具囊膜的病毒颗粒，肠肌细胞内存在５０ｎｍ无囊膜的病毒颗粒。肾、肠、肝和脾中的细胞都有不同程度的病变，病变细胞内质网肿胀，线粒体结构受损，细胞器数量也减少。肠肌细胞肌原纤维局部断裂产生空泡，肝细胞出现较多的脂肪滴。这些结果提示，由于细胞结构受损，细胞代谢发生障碍，加速了病鱼的死亡。

| Abstract: | Observations under elecbic microscope of tbe tissues of kidaey, liver, intestine. spleen and muscle of .oreofo&.. Jqponicu. with henaorrbsge disease showedi ( 1 ) Two kuattds of virosoznes are found in tbe tissues of diseased fish, one is eavelope virus witb tbe diatneter of 250naa in reaal epithelial ceJl, and the other is noa-envelope vims with 50nrn in diazneter in iatestiaal auscle cell. ( 2) Tbe morpbological sbuctures of endoplasroic reticula and raitocbondria io infected cells are obviously damaged. The amount of organellis tbat coacem metabolism in diseased cells are less than that of the norrnal cells. (3) Vacuoles form in iatestiaal muscle cells wbere rouscle fibril break. |
