| 摘 要： | 将含有丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）NS5B基因的转移载体pBlueBac5B与野生型杆状病毒(AcNPV)DNA共转染Sf9昆虫细胞，通过空斑纯化获得带有NS5B基因的重组病毒AcNS5B.提取重组病毒基因组DNA进行Southern分析,发现有一条1.8kb的DNA片段与标记的探针发生杂交.AcNS5B感染Sf9细胞后,在细胞中表达了分子量为66×103的蛋白,用Westernblot方法检查这种蛋白质，能与兔抗HCVNS5B抗血清发生特异的强烈反应.

| Abstract: | The plasmid pBlueBac 5B containing Hepatitis C Virus NS5B gene was cotransfected with the genome DNA of wild type AcNPV to Sf 9 insect cells. The recombinant baculovirus AcNS5B was obtained by plaque selection. Southern blot indicates that the NS5B gene be integrated into the genome of AcNS5B and recombinant HCV NS5B protein be expressed by Sf 9 cells infected with AcNS5B. This protein can react with the anti\|NS5B sera of rabbit as evidence of Western blots. |
