摘    要:Polarization mode dispersion (PMD) is becoming major system impairment in high speed and long distance opti- cal fiber transmission systems. Since the PMD-induced pulse spreading is a frequency-dependent statistic pa- rameter and varies randomly over time, it is difficult to be compensated[1-3].
