| 摘 要： | 通过对海鳗外周血液、肝脏、肾脏、脾脏组织涂片的观察，发现其肝脏、肾脏、脾脏内血细胞的发生大致经过3个阶段，即原始阶段、幼稚阶段、成熟阶段。海鳗红细胞系主要在肝脏中发生．粒细胞系主要在头肾中发生，但碱性粒细胞主要在脾脏中发生，单核细胞系主要在头肾中发生，淋巴细胞系主要在脾脏中发生。造血母细胞从造血器官释放入外周血中有一成熟过程。

| Abstract: | The development of blood cells in liver,spleen and pronephros of Pike eel Muraenesox cinereius are observed on stained smears.The results show that the Haematopoiesis in Pike eel experiences 3 periods,which are primitive stage,immature stage and mature stage.Erythrocytes develop mainly in liver,Granulocytes develop mainly in pronephros,but basophilic granulocytes develop in spleen.Monocytes develop in pronephros.Lymphocytes develop in spleen.The haemocytoblasts complete a process of maturation when flowing from the haemopoietic organs into the peripheral blood vessels. |
