Abstract: | A new spectroscopic method to study surface magnetism is proposed. The method measures the time-evolution of spin polarization due to the magnetic coupling with polarized electron spins of unpolarized and slow radioactive probes. Because of the expectedly high sensitivity and efficiency, a large field of applications will be opened by using slow positive muons,12B nuclei, etc. |
